Discover Session
This is a free 20 minutes session that allows us to connect. You can ask any questions and we can develop a personalized plan to help you overcome anything you are struggling with. Often individuals only require 3 – 6 sessions to gain insight and develop new skills that they can use own their own.
This form of therapy includes both coaching and counselling so we are able to heal deeper issues if we need to that would not be availble if it was only coaching. For example I can help heal trauma, depresssion, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. This is a fast paced approach to therapy that requires you to be courageous and willing to try new things and apply the material and skills to your own life.

Clarity Boost
Cost: $125
This package is designed for people who feel they are stuck and need clarity. Research has shown that often people only need one session to clear up their stress and worries regardless of how long the issue has been bugging them. If you are truly ready for change and are willing to take the steps to develop yourself and your life you may just need one session. If you feel you need more you can upgrade to the Soul Searching Practice that offers three Life Coaching sessions.

Success & Solutions Package
Cost: $350
This package is designed for people who feel they are stuck and need help with one or two issues such as getting clarity on a decision or a direction, help in a life transition, lack of motivation or depression, help reducing stress or anxiety. This package can be a good place to start as it will provide you with:
- 3 x 50 Minute Success Life Coaching Sessions spaced over the max of 2 months
- Free email support for the 2 months
- Individualized exercises to provide clarity and growth

Authentic Transformation Package

This package will give you the tools and confidence to move forward in creating the life you desire. It will provide you with the guidance and support to implement change and create a plan that aligns you with your best life:
