IFS, TRE and Akashic Records Coaching are all designed to help you understand and heal the aspects of yourself that have gotten stuck or burdened with past pain or shame. All these approaches can help you access your Self-energy and the ability to heal and overcome anything. I have limited availability for individual session. Internal Family Systems Fundamental Immersion Course $2800 CAD
Want to learn IFS so you can integrate it into your practice or career? This 40+ hour live online experiential training will give you the confidence in walking people through ever step of the model.
This course is limited to 3 participants so we can focus on triad practice groups with live supervision and support as you practice each step of the model. From introducing the model to clients, getting to know protectors, negotiating protector fears, healing exiles, and integrating the work into the system. You will learn and practice direct access, working with polarizations, understanding and working with shame, anxiety, depression and so much more.
Each cohort is tailed to the needs and goals of the group. It is designed for coaches, counsellors, energy/body workers, business leaders and managers, everyone should have access to learning IFS to help them in their career and life.
